Evening sunlight plays on the weathered bedrock of Cove Point along Lake Superior's North Shore. This tranquil setting is right off the property of Cove Point Lodge. When my family visits, I find myself repeatedly drawn away from the posh accommodations to this rugged point amidst the wind and the waves of Lake Superior.
